the location is perfect, situated in the heart of the charming Old Town with easy access to the bus station and the sea. the staff at the coliving were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the bedroom was well-designed, with a comfortable bed, a table, and plenty of storage space for my belongings. the hostel offered great value for money, with a relaxed and respectful atmosphere where I had the opportunity to make new friends. the old building had a unique charm, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect place to unwind. amenities like a well-equipped kitchen and free basic food, a washing machine, and detergent further enhanced my stay. I highly recommend Dona Rose Coliving for its excellent location, friendly staff, and enjoyable atmosphere.
Nothing could have been better. 😊

Dona Rose Coliving: a place where strangers become family, cooking and exploring together. Beautiful building with a hudge rooftop terrace. Can't wait to come back!
Oh, what a joy to have a windowless room. Who needs natural light and fresh air, right?

Oh, isn't it lovely to stay in a place where the beds squeak, the kitchen has cockroaches, and the vibe is bipolar? Such a refreshing change! But hey, at least the air in the dorm is fresh and there's a free washing machine.
Just a small inconvenience, but the mosquitoes at night are like a personal concert in my room. So entertaining!

We particularly loved the rooftop terrace, where we could relax and take in the views. It was also convenient to be able to leave our luggage after check-out so we could explore the city without any hassle. Great location in the center of old town, close to San Telmo park and bus station. Good price for the location. Cosy and clean vintage-style house with spacious coworking space and a nice terrace. Friendly staff who stored my luggage when I left. Met great people who became friends. Positive vibes and one of my best experiences.
Felt so relaxed, no complaints at all.

We loved our stay at Dona Rose! The sense of community was incredible, with guests from all over the world coming together like family. The common areas, especially the rooftop terrace, were fantastic for socializing. The free laundry machine was a lifesaver for long-term travelers. The volunteers, Ayus, Micaela, and Catalina, made the place spotlessly clean and added a welcoming touch. we highly recommend this coliving experience.

We had an unforgettable experience at this coliving in Gran Canaria. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the bus station and various shops. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. the volunteers went above and beyond to make us feel at home, ensuring that the common areas were spotless and providing all the necessary amenities in the fully-equipped kitchen. the community atmosphere allowed us to meet people from all over the world, creating new friendships that will last a lifetime.
There were some individuals who lacked respect and tried to take advantage of the affordable rates.

I recently stayed at Doña Rose for a week-long getaway. The community atmosphere here is truly special, making it easy to connect and make friends with fellow travelers. The common areas, like the living room and rooftop terrace, are fantastic and provide a great space to relax and socialize. I also appreciated the unique perk of free laundry facilities, especially for long-term travelers like myself. The volunteers, such as Ayus, Micaela, and Catalina, go above and beyond to keep everything spotlessly clean and create a warm and welcoming environment.
I do recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this coliving. The staff, especially Ayus, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The positive energy and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The place was cleaned daily and the beds were comfortable with cozy duvets. The central location was convenient for exploring the rest of the island and there was a central bus stop nearby. The rooftop terrace was a nice spot to relax.
Nothing for us.

The staff was really lovely and welcoming, always eager to help and meet your requests. the location was ideal, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions, shops, and bus stations. It was convenient for exploring and getting around. One of the best aspects for me was the cozy and clean atmosphere of the place. It had a vintage charm that added to the overall experience.
Although the shared bathrooms were not 100% clean, I understood that it's an hostel and there are many guests using them. I wish they could have been attended to more frequently.
